Mr. Joe D. Avery, age 80 of Morganton, GA, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Mr. Avery was born in Oneonta, AL to the late Joe Tomme Avery and Maude Mae Vines Avery. He was preceded in death by one son, Joe Tomme Avery II.
Survivors include: wife, Barbara Clark Avery. Three daughters, Diane Harris, Debra Lee, and Donna Garner. Three grandchildren, Laura Bolan, K. Dane Garner, and Jake Lee. Also three great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
