Jo Ann Gerard Barrentine

Jo Ann Gerard Barrentine, age 91, of Blairsville, GA, passed away on Sunday, July 14th, 2024 at Stonehenge Assisted Living. She was born in Mulberry, KS to the late Fred and Geneva Gerard.

Jo Ann touched countless souls with her unwearing kindness, gentle, and infectious laughter. She brought warmth and joy as she went, creating memories with her loved ones along the way.

She is survived by her children Mark Barrentine and Jenny Ann Grinnell; and her 

grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Derrick Barrentine and her parents Fred and Geneva Gerard.

As per her family's wishes, there are no services scheduled at this time.

Jo Ann Barrentine will be deeply missed by her family and friends. May she be in peace knowing that she has left an indelible mark on the hearts of everyone she has met.
