J.H. Hancock

J.H. Hancock, age 89 of Blue Ridge, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at Pruitt Healthcare Nursing Home. J.H. was born March 19, 1927 in McCaysville, GA. to the late J.H. Hancock Sr. and the late Ora Mull Hancock. J.H. was preceded in death by wife, Pauline Welch Hancock, father, J.H. Hancock, Sr., mother, Ora Mull Hancock, three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include: son, Furlon Hancock, daughter, Bonnie Davenport.

Funeral services: Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery #2 .

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Wednesday, February 22, 2017, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
