Jennifer Leigh Livingston

The Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces Funeral Services for Ms. Jennifer Leigh Livingston, age 33 of Hiawassee who passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020.

Jennifer was born in Athens, Georgia on May 8, 1986. She was a bright and determined young woman who always managed to find the silver lining in every situation. Even when a car accident, at the age of 13, drastically changed the course of her life- Jennifer's sterling character shined through. Jennifer remained optimistic and persevered through her health challenges. She found humor in everything, and matched it with her quick-wit. Jennifer had an artistic flair and enjoyed creating hand-crafted jewelry. She loved talking about college football and especially her beloved, Georgia Bulldogs.

Jennifer's memory will be treasured by her family: mother, Donna Lynn Livingston; grandmother, Jeanette Livingston; and her uncles and aunts, Clay & Sherri Livingston, Kim & Craig Padgett, and Ty Livingston. She will also be greatly missed by her 10 cousins, numerous extended family members, and her 2 dogs, Pepper and Pony Boy. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Livingston.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee with Pastor Steve Taylor and Rev. Danny Byers officiating. Special music will be presented by Calah Pearson and Andrew Rogers. Interment will follow at Laurel Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the service begins.
