Jeffery Vaughan Pospisil, 68, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. Jeffery was born October 31, 1953, in Leesburg, FL to Robert and Mary Pospisil.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Pospisil; mother, Mary Pospisil; daughter, Robin Sermons; son, Justin Pospisil. He is survived by his spouse of 30 years, Trish; son, Todd (Flo) Kennedy; daughter Kimberly (Chris) Kimball; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother; Robert (Lori) Pospisil Jr.; 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Jeffery is also survived by many other family and friends.
First and foremost, Jeffery loved the Lord and serving him through many mission endeavors. He was faithful member of The Father's House in Leesburg FL and served as one of the church's Board of Directors. Jeffery was also member of The Ridge Community Church in Blue Ridge, Georgia and serving as an usher.
Pastors Terry and Anita Mahan said of Jeffery; "Jeff was a shining example of what we say around The Father's House; "We live to give and we love to give." And he certainly modeled what it means to #servelikeJesus! Throughout their years at The Father's House, Jeff and Trish never failed to take the opportunity to make a difference with their lives whether with their time, talents or finances. They served in many volunteer roles, most recently as Head Ushers.
He deeply loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He truly enjoyed the Kyle Petty Charity ride and was involved in it for the last 22 years.
A Celebration of Life will be held October 1, 2022 at 11AM at The Father's House; 2301 South Street Leesburg, FL 34748.
