Mr. Jefferson Charles "Jeff" Fox, age 54, of Blairsville, Georgia, passed away March 1, 2014 at his home.

Jeff was a native of Blairsville, Georgia, and was born on March 25, 1959, a son of the late Melvin Henry Fox and the late Ethel Harkins Fox. A lifelong resident of this are area, Jeff was an artist, and a member of New Hope Fellowship Church. Besides his parents, he had been preceded in death by two brothers, Connie Fox and Donald Fox.

Jeff will be fondly missed and remembered, especially by his family members: sons, Jacob Fox, a native of Blairsville, who is currently serving in the U.S. Army at Ft. Hood, Texas; and son, Justin Fox, of Blairsville; three sisters: Barbara Baltzell, Sandra Fell, and Patricia Walls, all of Hiawassee, Georgia; and brothers, Clay Fox, of Hiawassee Dam, North Carolina, Milo Fox, of Blairsville, and Joe Fox, of Hiawassee; one grandchild; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Memorial services for Jeff are scheduled for Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at New Hope Fellowship Church in Blairsville. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 12 noon, at Owltown Church of God Cemetery in Blairsville, with Pastor Mike Welch officiating.
