Carol Jeannine Lazenby

Carol Jeannine Lazenby, age 73, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023, in Calhoun, GA. Carol was born June 19, 1949, in Atlanta, GA to the late Robert Park Fain and the late Willene Stroud Fain. Jeannine was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Fain and John Fain; and brother-in-law, Louis W Lazenby Jr. She was a member of the Faith Presbyterian Church in Blue Ridge, GA. Jeannine worked as a nursing assistant, at the DeKalb General Hospital in Stone Mountain as a tour guide in the Antebellum Plantation Houses, and as a teacher at Snellville United Methodist Church Pre-Kindergarten. 

She is survived by her spouse, Gary Lazenby; sons, Scott (Amy) Lazenby and Robert Lazenby; sister, Margaret Arden; grandchildren, Tyler Lazenby, Catherine Lazenby; and Matthew Lazenby; sister-in-law Connie Purser; brother-in-law Henry Lazenby; nieces, Allison Gosser and Tracey Arden; and nephew, Jason Fain. 

Memory Services will be Sat Feb 25 at 2.pm at Faith Presbyterian Church 1349 Bluebird Rd, Mineral Bluff, GA 30559.
