Jeanette Johnson Carpenter, age 93, a life-long resident of McCaysville, GA, while surrounded by her family, peacefully passed from her earthly home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 5, 2023.
Jeanette was born on Christmas Eve, December 24, 1929, to the late Ruth Davis Johnson and the late Fred A. Johnson.
Jeanette was a kind, loving, Christian lady who was loved by all who were blessed to know her. She was Salutatorian of the 1947 graduating class of McCaysville High School.
