Mrs. Janie Lou Whitfield, age 62, of Jasper, GA passed away January 19, 2010 at her home.
Mrs. Whitfield was born on June 16, 1947 in Gilmer Co, GA, to the late Dudley and Oma Davenport Fowler. She was preceded in death by father, Dudley Fowler, mother, Oma Fowler, husband, Garland Whitfield.
Survivors include: sister, Vickie Forrester of Blairsville, GA.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Von Ninton officiating. Music will be provided by Paul Stephens
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
