Jane Elizabeth Hawkins

Mrs. Jane Elizabeth Hawkins, age 87, of White, GA, passed away September 21, 2015 at her home. Jane was born in Isabella, TN to the late Alvin Cole and the late Madie Belle Culberson Cole. Jane was the widow of Ray Hawkins and she was also predeceased in death by one brother, Hershel B. Cole. She was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. in Wolf Creek, NC.

Jane is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Sam and Nadine Hawkins of White, GA; four brothers, Charles, Floyd, James and Kenneth Cole; three grandchildren, Timothy, Matthew, and Joshua Hawkins; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services: Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Macedonia Baptist Church at Wolf Creek, with Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Timothy Hawkins, Matthew Hawkins, Joshua Hawkins, Ben Stiles, Michael McFarland, and Bob Jones. Honorary pallbearers are Charles "Buddy" Cole, Robert Hawkins, Floyd Cole, James Cole and Kenneth Cole.Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home.
