James Thomas Bandy

James Thomas  Bandy, age 81 of Copperhill, passed away February 6, 2022 at Erlanger Medical Center. Mr. Bandy was born December 6, 1940 in Murphy, NC to the late Thomas A. Bandy and the late Arizona. James was a truck driver most of his life and had worked with K & S Truck line for many years. He enjoyed driving  his truck and spending time with his wife and family. He was preceded in death by father, Thomas A. Bandy, mother, Arizona Morrow, daughter, Rena Yvonne Bennett, sister, Madelyn Morgan, sister, Bobbie Bandy Carter, grandchild, Kevin Gene Smith.

Survivors include: Spouse, June Elizabeth Bandy, daughter, Michaela Rae Smith, daughter, Anna Louray Smith, son, Darren Joseph Smith, daughter, Pamela Ball, son, James Todd Bandy, brothers, Lynn Bandy, Fred Bandy, and Steve Bandy sister, Joan Casteel, grandchildren, Leah Bennett, J. Michael Ball, Brittany Kay Smith, Tiffany Michelle Smith, Garrett Ball, Donavon James Smith, great-grandchildren, Hanah Alexis Green, Peyton Ensley, and Preston Smith, great great-grandchildren, Kassidy Greenway and Alfred Ball and a host of family & friends also survive..

A private interment service will be held at the Church of Christ Cemetery, Blue Ridge, GA at a later date.
