James Allen Cooper

James Allen Cooper, age 83, of Morganton, GA, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023, in Morganton, GA. James was born July 30, 1939, in Miami, FL to the late Milton Cooper and the late Virginia Lance Cooper. James retired in 2001 from the Broward County Sheriff's Department in Florida after a 32 year career in law enforcement. He moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife Pamela in 2003. James was a loving husband who was always willing to lend a hand to others. He loved riding his motorcycle and working in his shop.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Pamela Cooper.
