Jacqueline Inez Dyer

Jacqueline Inez Dyer, age 86, of Hayesville, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, in Murphy Rehab and Nursing Center. Mrs. Dyer was born May 14, 1935, in Savannah, GA, to the late Grady Jack Thompson and the late Willie Dee Boone Thompson. She was a member of Sweet Water Baptist Church and a Ladies VFW Aux Life Time Member. Jacqueline enjoyed crocheting, reading, and doing puzzles, and she truly cherished her time loving on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Grady Jack Thompson, mother, Willie Dee Boone Thompson, sons, Harvey Leonard Dyer and Marvin Lee Humphries.

Survivors include her husband, James Aaron Dyer, daughters, Debra Ann Wells and Bonnie Lou Dyer, son, Ronald Aaron Dyer, nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service: Monday, October 25, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy with B.L. Anderson officiating. Music provided by Matthew Roach and Cody Harris.
