Mr. Jackie Young Collis, age 70 of Mineral Bluff, passed away March 22, 2013 at Heritage Healthcare. Mr. Collis was born June 11, 1942 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Howard W. Collis & the late Blanche M. Queen Collis. A member of New River Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sister, Ruby (Erith) Rhodes, sister, Peggy (James) Hickey and sister Jennett (Wayne) Mashburn and many nieces and nephews..
Funeral services: Sunday, March 24, 2013 at 3:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Wehunt and Rev. Roy Clore officiating.
Interment will follow in Barnes Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Sunday, March 24, 2013 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
