Mr. Jack F. Kelley, age 81, of Jefferson, Georgia, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. Mr. Kelley was born in Blairsville to the late, Mack and Murner England Kelley. Mr. Kelley was retired from Lucent Technology, he attended Little Country Church, and he was a US Army veteran. In addition to his parents, Mr. Kelley was also preceded in death by his son, John Scott Kelley; daughter, Kathy Ann Kelley; and brothers, Kenneth, Jim, and Bud Kelley.
Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Weeks Kelley of Jefferson; daughter, Jaci Pritchett (David) of Jefferson; son, Johnny Kelley (Kimberli) of Jefferson; brother, Bill Kelley of Blairsville; sisters, Gwen Dillard and Melva Lynn Patton both of Blairsville, JoAnn Mason, Peggy Scott, and Judy Foster all of Dacula; four grandchildren, Matthew Kelley, Caleb Pritchett, Mark Kelley, and CJ Pritchett; a number of nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan. 23 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home located on 115 State Street, in Commerce, Georgia, with Rev. Carrel Pruitt, Rev. Swayne Cochran, and Rev. Randy Pruitt officiating with the interment following at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Commerce on Thursday and Friday nights from 6-8 PM.
