Iva Jo Hoyer

Iva Jo Hoyer, age 81 of Hayesville, NC passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at her home.  Mrs. Hoyer  was born August 12, 1940 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Gerald Williams and the late Agnes Tilson Williams.   She was preceded in death by her son, Brian Davison, brother, Steve Williams, and her granddaughters, Heather Edmondson and Toshia Landers. Mrs. Hoyer loved the outdoors. She was very proud of and loved her family very much.

Survivors include: husband, William E Hoyer, sons, George E (Vicki) Davison, Jr. and Phillip Davison, daughter, Deborah Burns, brother, Buck Williams, sisters, Hope White and Elaine Smith,  grandchildren, Heath Edmondson, B J Davison,  Seth Davison, Justin Davison, Nikki Bacher, Steven Davison, Kenzie Davison, Campbell Davison, Valerie Messer, Joseph Messer, Robert Casteel, Hannah Edmondson, and Trent Casteel, twenty seven great-grandchildren, and seven nieces and nephews.

Funeral services: Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev Matthew McDaniel officiating.
