Irene Tipton

Irene Cronan Tipton, of Morganton, GA died Saturday afternoon October 17, 2009 at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia after a short illness.

Mrs. Tipton was was a lifelong resident of Morganton and a member of Concord Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by father, John Wesley Cronan, mother, Daisy Nettie Crowan, husband, Dennis Tipton, son, Alan Tipton.

Survivors include: daughter and son in law Amber and Bob Prince of Rome, GA

Gravesidel services will be held Monday, October 19, 2009 at 3:00 PM from the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Amber Prince, Debbie Greene, Angie Tankersley, Bob Prnce, Jeremiah Greene and Doyal Long.

The family will recive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home Monday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM.
The family is accepting flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, 7 Mill Brook, Wilton, NH 03086.
