Ms.Chapman was born on September 7, 1920 in Fannin County, GA. to the late Gordon and Carrie Trammele Bailey.
Services will be held Wenesday, January 6, 2010 at 1:00 PM from the Henry Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Lonnie Jones officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
