Katherine Galloway

Katherine Galloway, age 96, passed away on October 31, 2023 in Cumming Georgia.  Mrs. Galloway was previously a resident of McCaysville, Georgia and was married to the late James Galloway of Copperhill, TN. 

Katherine was a great mother and grandmother who devoted her time to caring for the needs of her family.  She loved to paint, sew, work in her flower garden, and enjoyed sitting on the porch. 

She is survived by her daughters: Patricia Gober of Cumming, Georgia, Deborah Stepp of Melbourne, FL, grandsons; Steven Cearley of Panama City, FL and Jeff Millsaps of Lawrenceville, GA; granddaughters,  Felicia Jarrell of Thomaston, GA and Jackie Waits of Melbourne, FL; great-grandchildren, Amanda Millsaps, of Lawrenceville, GA., Alex Millsaps, of Lawrenceville, GA, Brenden Waits of Chicago, IL, Jessica  Cearley of Panama City, FL, Ashley Cook of Thomaston, GA, and Kiersten Waits of Melbourne FL. 

Memorial services are scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 4, at 2pm, from the Chapel of the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home in McCaysville, Georgia.
