Hobert Lewis Ware, age 72 of Mineral Bluff, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. Hobert was born September 30, 1945 in Culberson, NC to the late Wade Ware and the late Ollie Wright Ware. He was Christian in faith and attended the Apostolic Light House Church in Epworth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Ann Ware, daughters, Donna and Melissa Ware and sister, Reba Botts. In his spare time, Hobert enjoyed being outdoors and visiting with his children and grandchildren, also watching the Braves and Falcons play.
Survivors include: sons, Jeff (Maria) Ware, Stacey (Candra) Ware, Jason (Amanda) Ware, Dustin Ware, special great-grandson, Ethan Price, brother, Rev. Gene Ware, sisters, Rethal Ware and Owa Cruse, six grandchildren, Donna Price, Samantha Carroll, Matthew Ware, Dakota Worley, Jamison Pressley, Kaleighann Ware and Jake Ware, four great-grandchildren, Annabella Perkins, Landon Perkins, Madison Perkins and Aria Ware.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Jarrett officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethel Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home, Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to aid with funeral expenses.
