Helen Beatrice Turner

Ms. Helen B. Turner, age 86 of Andrews, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 at her home. Ms. Turner was born September 2, 1931 in Murphy, NC to the late Wilburn Owensby and the late Nancy Cathey Owensby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Bryson, daughter, Julie Green, three sisters and two brothers. In her spare time, Helen enjoyed reading.
Survivors include daughter, Jessie (Mike) Hardin, son, Jack Bryson, daughter, Jane (Wayne) Cogdill, daughter, Loretta (Greg) Conley, son, Charles Turner, Jr., brothers, Andy and Harvey Owensby, fifteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and special granddaughter, Julianna Valesquez.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Faith Baptist Tabernacle in Andrews at 2:00 pm.
