Mr. Harwell Cecil Stuart, age 75, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away November 11, 2012 at his residence Mr. Stuart was born January 23, 1937 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Jack Cecil Stuart and the late Ouida Griner Stewart. Mr. Stuart was retired from the Blue Ridge Health Care as administrator.
Survivors include: His wife Shelia Laverne Stuart; sons, Scott Stuart and Brian Stuart, grandchildren, Brianna, Bralee, Justin and Haley; brothers, John and Bill Stuart; and sisters, Sue Kimsey and Martha Millholland.
