Gloria Martin Albury

Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces the death and memorial services for Mrs. Gloria Martin Albury, age 82, of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away Tuesday, January 11th, 2022 in Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia.

Mrs. Albury was born in Dade County, Florida, and was a daughter of the late Theodore Martin and Iona Williams Martin. She and her husband, Carl, had been living in Blairsville since 2009, moving here from Davie, Florida. Carl passed away on July 22nd, 2021.

Surviving family members include a daughter, Pamela Jean Miller; a sister, Patricia Smith; grandchildren: Jeremy Ashley Jemlich, Jessika Ashlyn Albury Mull, Joshua Asher Mcary Roberts, and Jeni Ashley Iona Roberts; great grandchildren: Zoey Mull, Georgia Mull, Michael Mull, Axle Torres, Jaxon Torres, Blakely Roberts, Jaxon Segars, and Rileigh Segars.

Memorial services for Carl and for Gloria have been scheduled for Tuesday, February 1st, 2022, at 7:30 p.m., to be held in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville, with Rev. Bryan Mason officiating. The family will meet with friends starting at 6:30 p.m., for one hour before the service begins.
