Gladys Louise Anderson

Gladys Louise Burrell Anderson, age 76 of Hiawassee, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta. Mrs. Anderson was born May 6, 1935 in Hiawassee, GA to the late McClellan Burrell and the late Carrie Beck Burrell. Mrs. Anderson attendel Pine Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Bobby Anderson, Brothers, Willis Burrell, Robert Burrell, Willie Burrell and Ernie Burrell and sisters Velma Phillips and Elzie Denton.

Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Grady Sutton of Clarksville, GA, daughter, Brenda Lusk of Hiawassee, daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and Michael Harkins of Hiawassee and sisters, Ola Ledford and Delzie Hooper, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren also survive,

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee with the Rev. Chris Matheson officiating. Music will provided by Nola Jean Nichols and Rita Bradshaw. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Eddie Coley, Darrold Ledford, Roy Matheson, Cody Harkins, Robert Beadshaw and Josh Parks.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee, Monday, October 31, 2011 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
