Geneva Stamey Cole

Mrs. Geneva Stamey Cole, age 87 of McCaysville, GA passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Cole was born in Ellijay, GA to the late Lloyd Henson and Estelle Parks Henson. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ruben Stamey and her second husband, Claude B. Cole. She was also preceded in death by her five siblings and her beloved pet dog Molly. She had worked as a seamstress and a housewife.
Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis Stamey Panter, step-son, William R. Cole (Sharon), step-daughter, Sharon A. Willis, grandchildren, Jennifer Panter Needham, Michael (Ashley) Panter, Jessica (Mike) Fuller, Charles (Stacy) Lussier, and eight great grandchildren.
Private Graveside Service: Thursday, October 17, 2017 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Jimmy Cheatham officiating. Interment in the Copper Ridge Cemetery.
