Frank Ray Simonds

Mr. Frank Ray Simonds, age 83 of Andrews, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014 at home. Mr. Simonds was born March 31, 1930 in Bryson City, NC to the late Joseph L. Simonds and the late Dora Bowers Simonds. He was a member of New Life Church Of God in Andrews, he enjoyed farming and spending time listening to the Bible on tape. He was preceded in death by wife, Edith Simonds.

Survivors include: daughter, Grace Crawford and children, sisters, Clara Lynn, Ruth Ivester, Nell Hamby, Brothers, John Simonds, Billy Simonds and Wayne Simonds.

Funeral services: Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy with Brother Curtis Ledford officiating, Eulogy by Joseph Gadd . Music provided by: Anette Green and Dyan Hoke. Interment will follow in Moss Cemetery
