Evelyn Christine Breedlove

Evelyn Christine Breedlove, age 89, of Marble, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Murphy Rehab and Nursing Home. Mrs. Breedlove was born September 2, 1932, in Andrews, NC, to the late Everett Mintz and the late Vertie Jones Mintz. Christine enjoyed cooking, adult coloring, flower gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Carmon Scott Breedlove, father, Everett Mintz, mother, Vertie Jones Mintz.

Survivors include her husband of seventy-four years, Victor G Breedlove, son, Jerry (Diane) Breedlove, daughter, Vicki (Lance) Rosborough, daughter-in-law, Darlene Breedlove, brother, Dean Mintz, sister, Joyce Mintz, grandchildren, Scott Breedlove, Kimberly Parsley, and James Painter, Jr. and great-granddaughter, Amanda Vance.

Funeral services: Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 1:00 pm at the Marble Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Beavers officiating. Interment will follow in Maltby Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Marble Springs Baptist Church of Marble, Saturday, October 16, 2021, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
