Mrs. Eunice Quantrell, age 100, of Mc Caysville, GA passed away Friday, February 5, 2010 in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Mrs. Quantrell was born on Friday, December 17, 1909 in McCaysville, to Emory and Pearl Ashworth Gilliam. She was a member of First Baptist Church McCaysville/Copperhill. She had worked as a florist in the local area. Mrs. Quantrell was preceded in death by husband, Carlisle Quantrell, Sr.
Survivors include: son, Carlisle Quantrell, Jr., granddaughter, Gilonne C. (Peter J.) Quantrell (Roberts) , great grandson, Timothy H. Roberts and great granddaughter, Bianca E. Roberts.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 8, 2010 at 3:00 PM from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Gilbert officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Finch Cochran Funeral Home Monday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
