Eunice Darnell

Eunice Ann Darnell, age 77, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at Stonehenge Assisted Living in Blairsville, GA. Eunice was born October 12, 1946, in Copperhill, TN to William and Katherine Mason Goss.

Eunice was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Darnell; father, William Goss; mother, Katherine Mason Goss; son, Dennis Lynn Darnell; and brother, Charles Ricky Goss.

She is survived by her sons, William (Mitzi) Darnell, Lester (Melissa) Darnell, and Daniel (Makesha) Darnell; sister, Billie (David) Hughes; grandchildren, Nicole Dohm, Sarah Thomas, Matthew Darnell, Katie Baker, Zachary Banks, Courtney Bacallo, Chet Darnell, Avery Darnell, and Bryson Darnell.; and seventeen great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

She was a member of Epworth First Baptist Church. Eunice was a master seamstress and an excellent cook. She loved her Lord, loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service, on Wednesday May 29, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Finch-Cochran Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Dr. Tom Jordan officiating. Music by Shirley Walker.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Daniel Darnell, Zachery Banks, Bryant Baker, Mike Hughes, Josh Thomas, and Jacob Dohm.

Interment will follow at Epworth First Baptist Church Cemetery in Epworth, GA.

The family will receive friends at Finch-Cochran Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, 29th of May, 2024 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
