Ella L. Souther Dyer, age 87 of Blairsville, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Monday, May 21, 2012 at Choestoe Baptist Church, Blairsville, remains placed in state at 1 PM, Rev. Henry Loggins will officiate. Burial Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Dyer lived in Blairsville all of her life and was a member of Pine Top Baptist Church in Blairsville. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Mrs. Dyer was preceded in death by her husband Vaughan Dyer, son Stephen Dyer, 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her Children: Evonne & Ron Dayhoff, Dawsonville; Carol & Tommy Bowers, Gainesville, Sheila Greene, Buford; Lynn & Tom Cook, Smyrna; Terry & Mae Dyer, Young Harris; Stanley & Lynette Dyer, Pam & Terry Simmons, Kent & Sandra Dyer, all of Blairsville; Special Friend, Debbie Underwood; 16 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews.
