Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory announces graveside services for Mrs. Eleanor Marie Haines, age 79, of Blairsville, who passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Haines was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, in 1937, a daughter of the late Emerson Klein and the late Etta Harris Klein. She was a homemaker and had lived in the Blairsville area for 42 years.
Those family members left behind to treasure the memory of Eleanor include: her husband, Donald; daughter, Wanda Adamson, of Milton, Florida; sons: Barrie, of Ocala, Florida; Randy, of Blairsville; Danny, of Young Harris, Georgia; and Curtis, of Hayesville, North Carolina; a brother, Rev. Earl W. Klein, of Fairmont, West Virginia; and five grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services and burial are scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 2017, to be held at 2:00 p.m., in Union Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will meet with friends at Cochran Funeral Home in Blairsville starting at 12 noon on Saturday, before the services. The following gentlemen have been selected to serve as pallbearers: Curtis Haines, Johnny Cannon, Thomas Dowdy, Earl St. Germain, Robert Buchanan, Keith Bryant, and Johnathon Hyatt.
