Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces the death of Edith Gertrude Walters, who passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones at her home on Thursday, December 14th, 2017.
She was born June 6th, 1940 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Edith was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Walters. She is survived by her daughter, Jan Pacer, son-in-law, Ted Pacer, and grandson, Matthew Pacer. She was a truly wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Edith will be sorely missed, though we know she is in a better place, still surrounded by those who love her.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
