Mrs. Dorothy Ellen Sowers, age 71 of Morganton, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013 at her home. There are no public services planned at this time.
Survivors include: daughter, Teresa Kendall, son, Terry Kendall, brother, James Young, sister, Lillian Marlow, sister, Shirlyn Barnes, brother, Junior Young, seven grandchildren, Crystal Kendall, Justin Kendall, Cynthia Rogers, Miranda Kendall, Melissa Kendall, Clinton Kendall, and Joshua Kendall. Also eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA. You may send condolences to the family and sign the guest register at www.cochranfuneralhomes.com.
