Doris Jane McFry (Swain)

Mrs. Doris Jane McFry, age 75, of Postell, TN passed away September 23, 2011. Mrs. McFry was born February 2, 1936 in Postell, TN to the late Sam and Lula Swain. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Mrs. McFry was preceded in death by her husband Earl McFry and sister Dorothy Swain.

Survivors include: Sister and brother-in-law Faye and Bob Crawford of Douglasville, GA, sister and brother-in-law Kay and John Montgomery of Mornistown, TN, brother and sister-in-law Boone and Sally Swain of Lebanon, TN, brother and sister-in-law Bill and Shelia Swain of Mableton, GA, sister, Wanda Shults of Cleveland, TN, beloved nieces and nephews; Sandy & Michael Vichers of Adrian, MI. Vicki and Steve Hall of Seymour, TN, Becky and Charles Hodges of Pooler, GA, Myles and Beatrice Crawford of Douglasville, GA, Derick and Angie Crawford of Hahira, GA, Tim and Becky Shults of Signal Mt., TN, Linda and Omar Diaz of East Ridge, TN, Katie and Mike Moscardell of Lebanon, TN, Laura and Aron Guin of Nashville, TN, Clinton and Whitney Swain of Lebanon, TN, Sam Swain of Powder Springs, GA, Christy and Kith Falls of Douglasville, GA, numerous great nieces and nephews also survive. Special friends and caregivers, Mary Jo Payne and Jacinda Barker.

Pallbearers will include Myles Crawford, Derick Crawford, Tim Shults, Sam Swain, Clint Swain and Steve Hall.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 4:00 pm from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Fisher and Rev. Charles Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery .

The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home of McCaysville, Sunday, September 25, 2011 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
