Doris Ann Bogle, age 64, originally of Copperhill, TN passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at her brother's home, in Dallas, GA. Doris was born May 14, 1959, in Copperhill, TN to D.W and Mary Jenkins. She was Raised in Smyrna, GA and spent most all her life in the Atlanta area.
Doris was preceded in death by her father, D.W Jenkins, JR; mother, Mary Ella Blackwell Jenkins; spouse, James Lee Bogle; and son, James Lee Bogle II.
She is survived by her brother, Billy Jenkins; sister, Vickie Ramby; brother, Thomas Jenkins; sister in laws Renee' & Lisa Jenkins; brother in law David Ramby; nephew, Andrew Jenkins; niece, Melissa Jenkins; nephew, Christopher Achord; great-niece, Brianna Jenkins; great-niece, Jordyn Jenkins; great-nephew, Cason Jenkins; and beloved fur-babies, Bella, Mollie, and Cali.
In honor of Doris’s memory, the Jenkins family will be holding a graveside Service scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Flax Creek Cemetery in Murphy, NC with Rev. Dr. Tom Jordan officiating. Everyone is welcome to join the family for this Service. The family will initially meet at the Finch/Cochran Funeral Home in McCaysville, GA at 1:00 pm and the procession to the cemetery will begin at 1:30pm. All are welcome to meet at the funeral home for the procession or go directly to the cemetery for the 2:00 pm graveside Service.
In lieu of flowers Doris would ask to please send donations to Saint Jude. This was her favorite charity.
