Dennis Roy Stanley

Mr. Dennis Roy Stanley, age 76 of Morganton, passed away November 30, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Stanley was born March 5, 1936 in Gilmer Co. GA to the late Fred and Elsie Weeks Stanley, he was preceded in death by his son Ronnie D. Stanley.

Survivors include: wife, Geneva Stanley, daughter and son-in-law Donna (Gary) Ray, daughter Ginger Hewatt, son Samuel Stanley.

Funeral services: Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Dan Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow in Morganton Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers:
David Johnson, Charles Duvall, Andy Glass, Danny Johnson, Frank Ray, & Alton Lewis. Honorary pallbearers: U.L. Cole, Ulas Thomas & Danny Johnson.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Saturday, December 01, 2012 from 6-9pm.
