Mrs. Delia Sadie Taylor, age 86 of Hiawassee, GA, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Murphy Medical Center.

Mrs. Taylor was born Saturday, November 26, 1921 in Rabun Co., GA to the late John Henry and Savannah York Tow. She was a member of Lower Bell Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by husband, Miles Taylor, children, Bud, David, Debra and Raymond Taylor.

Survivors include: daughter, Dorothy & Earl Cantrell of Blue Ridge, GA, daughter, Glenda Neace of Hiawassee, GA, son, Harvey Taylor of Gainesville, son, Floyd & Joan Taylor of Acworth, GA, daughter, Carol Moore of Winder, GA, daughter, Violet Brown of Hiawassee, GA, son, Michael & Becky Taylor of Dallas, GA, daughter, Margaret & Don Ledford of Young Harris, GA, daughter, Cathy & Tom Oakley of Warne, NC, son, John & Tammy Taylor of Kennesaw, GA, daughter, Sadie & Timmy Sullens of Dahlonega, GA, half brother, Harold Ridings, FL, half sister, Dorothy Scroggins of Gainesville, GA, twenty five grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 28, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. James Lee and Rev. Timmy Sullens II officiating. Pallbearers will be Timmy Sullens, Don Ledford, Travis Silvers, Caleb Taylor, Josh Taylor, Ben Brown, Keith Taylor, Emmanuel Neace and Jesse Taylor. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-9, Thursday, December 27.
