David Lee Chastain passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at home. He is survived by his children: Chad Matheson, Davie Chastain, Leann Chastain & Tonya Chastain; his grandchildren: Caitlynn Chastain, Chase Owensby and Mitchell Owensby; his mother, Burma Chastain, his brothers: Butch Chastain and Johnny Chastain, sister, Vicki Whatson.
You may be gone but you will never be forgotten.
