Clyde Frank "Frank" Beaver

Mr.Clyde "Frank" Beaver, age 81, of McCaysville, GA, passed away July 9, 2013 at his residense on Oak Dr. Mr.Beaver was born October 28, 1931 in Greenville, SC to the late James H. Beaver and the late Ruth Panter Beaver. Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the McCaysville First Baptist Church and was a former member of the Copperhill Kiwanis Club. Frank and Sue were owners and operators of the McCaysville Florist & Gift Shoppe for thirty five years.

Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. James H. Beaver; in-laws, Mr. & Mrs. Wade Thompson, three brothers, James H. (Alawayne) Beaver, Paul (Marinell) Beaver, Jerry M. (Joann) Beaver Sr., two sisters, Thelma (Hanson) Stewart, Leona (Ralph) Golden, three brothers-in law, Clarence Wise, Ervin Sparks, and George Mull.

Survivors include: wife of 58 years, Sue Thompson Beaver; son and daughter-in-law, Dirk and Patti Beaver of McCaysville, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Neil Lenane of Aurora, Ohio; and grandson, Isaac Lenane of Aurora, Ohio; sisters, Mary Emma Wise of McDonough, GA, Ina Mull of Morganton, GA; and a large loving family of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services: Friday, July 12, 2013 at 12:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wallace Pruitt and Rev. Harry Gilbert officiating. Music provided by: Brian Huffman, Keith and Dee Wise, pianist, Mr. Katie Gilbert. Interment will follow in the Crestlawn Memorial Garden. Pallbearers: Joe Keyes, Bob Stewart, Ray Golden, Roy Conner, Jerry Beaver, Jr., Wade Seymour, K.L. Conner, Michael Stewart, Kirk Miller, and Jim Golden. Honorary pallbearers: Jack Brown, Bob Welch, Tom Foster, Jerry Hampton, Charles Smith, Larry Collis, Dino Bouloukos, Larry Welch, James George, Bill Stuart, Dr. Bill Lee, and Larry Kimsey.

The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home of McCaysville, Georgia, Friday, July 12, 2013 10:00 am - 11:30 am.
