Henry-Cochran Funeral Home announces the death for Miss Clora Woody, 89, of Suches who passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Tanglewood Assisted Living in Dawsonville, GA. Clora was born January 14, 1927 in Fannin County, GA to the late Elisha Woody and the late Bertha Tarpley Woody. She was a member of the Salem #1 Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Ava Watkins and five brothers, Loy Woody, Coy Woody, Troy Woody, Roy Woody, and Foy Woody.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at 3:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Garrett officiating. Music will be provided by Janie, Hailee Jo and Justin Turner. Interment will take place at the Woody Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-3 pm on Tuesday before the service. You may send flowers or make a donation to the Sugar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 434 Rainbow Rd., Suches, GA 30572, or your favorite Charity.
