Cleo Jett

Cleo Womack Jett, 88, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at her residence in Blue Ridge, GA. Cleo was born January 12, 1935, in Cedartown, Georgia to Bill and Ruth Womack. Cleo married Roger Jett in September 1992.  They enjoyed camping at the lake, going to the flea markets, and traveling together.  Cleo enjoyed her collection of special things including her cabbage patch dolls, roosters, and various other antique trinkets.  She enjoyed flowers and being outdoors.  Cleo was of the Baptist faith and long-time member of Collar Valley Baptist Church in Cedartown Georgia.  Of most importance to her was her family, whom she loved deeply and enjoyed spending time with them.

Cleo was preceded in death by father, Bill Womack; mother Ruth Womack; son, Billy Joe Rittenhouse; sister, Mildred Womack; sister, Anne Dial; brother, Elmer Womack.  

She is survived by her husband Roger Jett;  daughter Tarissa (Vernon) Green; daughter Barbara (Shawn) Hasselman; daughter Linda Gail Rittenhouse; daughter Vicki (Paul) Payne; daughter Evie Wagoner; daughter Pennie Sutherland; sister Sara (Ray) Hopkins; brother Johnny (Linda) Womack.  She is also survived by 35 Grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren
6 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service, on Friday, May 12, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Dr. Tom Jordan officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Randy Deems, Michael Deems, Danny Rittenhouse, Kyle Wagoner, Joey Payne, and Sam Payne. Honorary pallbearers will include all of Cleo's grandchildren.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Church Cemetery in John's Creek, Georgia.  

The family will receive friends at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, Friday, May 12, 2023, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
