Cindy Jean Owen

Cindy Jean Owen, age 64 of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her home in Blue Ridge, GA.  Mrs. Owen was born August 12, 1957, in Cocoa Beach, FL to the late Morton Thompson and the late Joan Spiers Thompson.  A member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Blue Ridge, GA, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mort Thompson; sister, Bonnie Owen; and niece, Corry Owen. Cindy's faith and her family were very close to her heart. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with friends and family.

Survivors include: husband, Mark Owen; daughters, Michelle (Jeremy) Sutton and Rachael (Nick) Hooten; brothers, John (Patti) Thompson and Mark (Cristine) Thompson; sister, Dornice (Ray) Teague; grandchildren, Summer Sutton, Spring Sutton, and Austin Hooten; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial service: Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 3:00 pm on Zoom.
