Charles Leon Galloway

Charles "Leon" Galloway, 70, of McCaysville, GA passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at Erlanger Hospital. Born August 25, 1940 to the late Charles W. and Ruth Patterson Galloway. A memorial service will be held 12:00 pm, Saturday, January 22, 2011 at The First Baptist Church of Epworth with Reverend Tom Jordan officiating and David Barker (brother-in-law) providing the music.
He is survived by his daughter, Terri Burger (Marty); one brother, Cecil Galloway; four sisters, Martha Mulkey, Mary Galloway, Mildred Galloway and Kathy Forrester. Also two grandsons, Joel and Jordan Burger and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11-12 pm on Saturday at the church. In Lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Gideons, PO Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214 or an organization of your choice. Finch-Cochran funeral home has been entrusted with the arrangements. You may send condolences to the family and sign the guest registry at www.cochranfuneralhomes.com.
