Charles Allen Garmon Jr.

Charles Allen Garmon Jr., age 53, of Mineral Bluff, GA, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in Rome, GA. Charles was born April 19, 1970, in Duluth, GA to the late Charles Garmon Sr. and Thelma Garmon. Charles was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Gail Hunter. Charles loved his family and time spent with his family.  Charles was an avid hunter, fisherman, and loved the outdoors. He also enjoyed classic cars, especially the Mopar cars which were his favorite. He was a residential home builder and was very proud of his accomplishments.  He was very steadfast and firm in his beliefs and always thought of the woods as his church.  He was a very loving and strong husband, dad and Pop. Charles was dearly loved by his wife and children, respected by so many and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian Garmon; daughters, Charly Garmon Ussery and Christa Garmon; son, Caden Garmon; sisters, Debra Bridges, Sheila Ramey, Wanda Boyles, Lisa Huff, and Vicki Welchel; grandchildren, Mason Ussery and Davis Ussery

Funeral Service, on Saturday June 24, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremey Smith officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Brent English, Wesley Smith, Gregory Ussery, Kevin Phillips, Justin Bridges, Hunter Ramey, and honorary pallbearer, Zach Brumbelow.

The family will receive friends at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Saturday Saturday, 24th of June, 2023, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. 

In lieu of flowers the family asks donation be made to help with the funeral expenses.
