Celia was preceded in death by her father, Emory Sherrard; mother, Iris Sherrard; spouse, Hubert Gibson; brother, Tommy Sherrard; sister, Carolyn Ball; brother, Caid Sherrard; and grandchild, Justin Gibson.
She is survived by her sons, Steve Gibson and Kevin Gibson; grandchild, Daniel Gibson, Dan's wife Sasha Gibson, and great-grandchild, J.J. Dell Torre.
Funeral Service, on Saturday May 25, 2024, at 3:00 PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Pastor Rusty Thomas officiating.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Steve Gibson, Kevin Gibson, Chris Rinehart, Jim Allen, and Larry Joiner.
Interment will follow at Chastain Memorial Park in Blue Ridge, GA.
The family will receive friends at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home on Saturday, 25th of May, 2024 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in Ms. Gibson's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
