Carl Alton Beavers

Carl Alton Beavers, age 77, of Morganton passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. On July 13, 1944, Carl was born to the late Clifford Alton Beavers and the late Ethel Ester Farmer Beavers. Mr. Beavers was of the Baptist faith, a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelor's degree, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and retired as manager of the Georgia Department of Labor. Carl enjoyed golf and NASCAR. He is preceded in death by his father, Clifford Alton Beavers, mother, Ethel Ester Farmer Beavers, brothers Charles Beavers, Robert Beavers, Steve Beavers, and sisters Dorothy Loving and Ann Anderson.

Survivors include his brothers, Randall Beavers, Ronnie Beavers, Rick Beavers, and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 11:00 am from the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Eric Davenport officiating.
Military honors will be conducted by the North Georgia Honor Guard.
