Cochran Funeral Home & Crematory of Blairsville announces the death and graveside services for Mr. Buddy Jones age 81 of Blairsville who passed away on Sunday September 20th, 2020 at Fannin Regional Hospital.
Mr. Jones was born on October 25th, 1938 in Spalding County to the late Easter (Scorobough) and Henry Felton Jones, Sr. Buddy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blairsville and worked in the automotive industry for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his wife, Emily Jones.
Buddy is survived by his children, Al Jones of Winder, GA, Beth Jones of TN; 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday September 23rd, 2020 at Union Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home & Crematory of Blairsville.
