Boyce Lemar McNabb

Cochran Funeral Home announces the death of Boyce Lemar McNabb, age 88 of Hiawassee, Ga. who passed away March 24, 2019 at Northeast Ga. Medical Center in Gainesville, Ga. Mr. McNabb was born August 5, 1930 in Towns County to the late Leonard and Bertha Burrell McNabb. Boyce proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Boyce also retired from Ford Motor Company. He was a member of McConnell Memorial Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Grady McNabb, T.J. McNabb, Barney McNabb, Clyde McNabb, and sister Euzella Gibson.

Those left to cherish his memory is his wife of 67 years, Flora McNabb. Son and daughter in law, Michael and Mary McNabb of Hiawassee, Ga.; son Mitchell McNabb of Jonesboro, Ga.; Grandchildren, Melissa (Michael) Green of Stockbridge, Ga., Mindy (Jody) Wallace of Senoia, Ga., Matthew McNabb of St. Petersburg, Fl., Great grandchildren, Madison and Mason Green of Stockbridge, Ga., Ian and Colin McNabb of St. Petersburg, Fl., and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At the request of the family, there will be a private, immediate family only, graveside service at Osborn Cemetery on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm.

Pallbearers selected are Mike McNabb, Mitch McNabb, Mike Green, Jody Wallace, Mason Green, Terry Taylor
