Mrs. Betty Ruth Bell, age 79, of Copperhill, TN passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the Park Ridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Mrs. Bell was born on Tuesday, July 8, 1930 in Polk County, TN, to Luther Ions and Virginia Panter Ions .Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by sister, Nola Mae Donaldson, and brother Billy Green.
Survivors include: ; sister, Carolyn Wright of McCaysville, GA; brother, Johnny Ions of Copperhill, TN; niece, Tammy Ions; nephew, Scottie Ions, nephew, Tony Ions.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Glenn Buchanan and Reverend Jimmy Dickey officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
