Mrs. Bess A. Rubinstein, age 93 of Blairsville, GA, formerly of Atlanta, GA, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Union County Nursing Home.
Mrs. Rubinstein was born in Bronx, NY to the late Morris and Clara (Wachs) Newman. She was of the Jewish Faith, and was a retired book keeper. Mrs. Rubinstein was preceded in death by her husband, Sholom Rubinstein.
Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law, Jill & Douglas Slavin of Atlanta, GA, daughter & son-in-law, Zoe & Bruce King of Blairsville, Ga, son, Michael Rubinstein of San Francisco, CA, sister, Jacqulyn Margulis of Florida, six grandchildren & three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
